Boneless Turkey Crown Stuffed (Sage & Onion )
A Bromfields Grade A stuffed turkey breast joint is ideal as an alternative roasting joint, especially when you don't need a full bird.
We take a whole turkey, remove just the breast, and completely de-bone it.These joints are very easy to carve and there is very little wastage.
We then stuff this joint with our sage & onion stuffing mix, all you need to do is pop it in the oven and pour yourself a glass of wine 🍷
A popular choice amongst those that prefer white breast meat.
A 11lb(5kg) joint is a full turkey breast and our most popular joint for Christmas.

For a boneless turkey crown, please allow 8oz or roughly 225g per person.

Approx roasting time 1.5 hours for a 3lb joint or to 2.5 hours for a 6lb joint.

Our meat is delivered in specially designed temperature controlled boxes that stay chilled for up to 48 hours, guaranteeing you fresh produce every time.

We want your order to reach you in the same condition you would get it if you walked into our shop and bought it in person…….Even if you live at the other end of the country. We pack all our products On over wrapped trays or in vacuum pouches to ensure maximum freshness and then your fresh meat is packed in a thick walled recyclable cool box and surrounded by gel ice packs to keep your order at the optimum temperature during transit.
Our custom made boxes are three times stronger than ordinary boxes and are specifically designed for carrying chilled meats.
Delivery within 24 hours of postage - Although the boxes are designed to stay cool for 48 hours, we aim to deliver your meat in 24.In some cases there can be delays which are outside our control but the orders are sent in thermal packaging which can keep the meat cool for up to 48 hours.
Courier Apps
We would encourage all customers to download the DPD App to have up to date notifications on the delivery of their parcel. The customer gets a notification it is out for delivery, a 1 hour time slot, a 30 minute notification and a ‘Your Next’ notification. The customer should therefore be able to practically track the drivers every steps

Damaged Parcels
If your order is delivered with any damage to the box or content, before disposing of the box and contacting us please ensure to take as many pictures as possible of the damage inside and outside the box and any damage to the contents. We would also need a picture that clearly shows the label on the damaged box as we will require these to investigate further.
By placing an order for delivery you accept that DPD delivery drivers are authorised to leave parcels in a place that they consider safe. Bromfields Butchers cannot be responsible for any loss of parcels after they have been delivered.

In the unlikely event your order from us is incorrect or damaged, please call or email us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to rectify any problems as quickly as possible.
Please let us know within 24 hours from the date of your order being delivered, if any products have been incorrectly supplied. We will then either provide a refund to the same payment card/PayPal account as was used to place the order, or send replacement correct items out to you.
If any of the products are defective or damaged in some way, they may at our discretion, have to be returned to Bromfields. If this is the case, we must ensure this happens by the Use By Date of the items. If they are indeed found to be faulty or defective, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.
Your right to cancellation starts at the time of placing your order. As all of our products are food items and are therefore perishable, your right to cancel ceases 48 hours before dispatching or collecting of your order.
Our quality guarantee - if you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, please tell us and we will work with you to resolve this to your satisfaction.
